Suffering In Silence

im hearing a lot rec about how many people are suffering in silence .
they cant tell others about whats going on inside because there stuck in there bubble they cant see a way forward or out .

Well for starters your here within the haven now whats said in here stays in here or its said in pms to me or my admins yoyur safe here ok I promis you ,

now going back to the bubbles your in!!!!!

its ok to step outside that protection you know its a wall that only keeps things in nothing can be let go of or sorted while your in it while in here you don't need it up ok we will help you just by being us light work isn't always how it sounds because its not light at all if you think about it with the down side of lessons and greif lets face it we all seem to take the rough end of things don't we more than any one else lol .
so I just want you to know here at gatekeepers haven theres no egoes no ones better than anyone else even me were all the same no matter where we are on our paths .


I look forward to reading and commenting on your posts and don't forget its not all series stuff here we can have a laugh to im known for hanging up my rolling pin pinny and slippers at the gate( in chat rooms ) .
