Feel the Love Meditation.
This meditation is to help you feel the love that is all around you, Its one ive been meaning to write for a long time and as im sat here im just gonna let it flow hope it reads alright.
Please wear comfortable clothes.
Ground and protect in your normal way.
Take some deep slow breaths in and out you can sigh if you have had a hard day to release how you feel, As you breath out remember to relax your body starting at the feet and slowly working up your body till you are totaly relaxed.
Your on top of a hill its breezy but not cold as the sun is shining down on you.
You feel the suns warmth and you let it soak in to you as you look around.
There is lots of clouds some in shapes you recknise others not you watch as they drift on past you.
As you carry on looking round you notice stairs leading up to the sky curious you walk over to them
You notice that a vine has wrapped its self around the stairs and there is flowers on this vine with the most beautiful scent you have ever smelled.
Slowly and carefully you start to walk up these stairs,
as you walk up them you count each step one,two,three,four,five,six,seven,eight,nine,ten
You have come to a landing you look at the view you have been given you can see for miles,
Then you carry on up this set of stairs counting as you take each step 11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20
You see you have come to the top of the stairs and its the most beautiful place you have ever seen,
the brightest beautiful flowers with the most beautiful scent you have ever seen,
you walk on to the greenest grass you have ever seen and you feel so relaxed by just touching the grass with your feet.
So you sit on the grass
And as you sit there you realise you are surounded by the most Beautiful pink energies as these energies sink in to your skin and you breath them in you realise you are being filled with love.
you stay there soaking up the energies.
Once you feel you have had your fill you get up and walk back to the stairs
Taking one last look at the place full of love.
You start to walk back down the stairs
to the landing taking in the view again before making your way down the last set of stairs
Stepping back on the hill you take one last look at the clouds
start to remember where you were when you started this meditation
slowly wake up and take it easy for a while
dont forget to drink some water
And if you have a journal update it.
