I forgot i got this one i wrote it a long time ago for a healing night i ended up doing on a sight. I can remember what music i used with it as its not noted down with this meditation but please enjoy.
Simple healing meditation.
(Now you can use this to heal yourself or you may use this to heal some one you know.)
Please ground and protect in your normal way. Make sure you have a glass of water near by for when you have finished.
Take your time to relax by listening to your breathing as you breath in take it nice and slow till your lungs are full hold for a minute or so then slowly release the breath, Keep doing this till you are fully relaxed.
Once relaxed start to take notice of your heart chakra feel it spin nice and slowly at first then slowly it starts to spin faster as it spins faster feel the love that is entering you let this love slowly move through your body until you feel it flowing freely around your body.
Once you have done the above you are ready to heal yourself or another person.
Healing self
Using your minds eye you will see a green ball floating above you this ball contains healing draw the green rays down in to your body through your crown chakra.
Let the green healing rays flow freely through your body.
If you are suffering pain you may direct the healing rays to that part.
Let the rays do their work feeling the sensations of running water through your body as it clears any thing in its path till you are feeling healed or the pain has lifted.
Healing other
If your healing another person see them in your minds eye you may use just their name for this but you will find it is stronger if you can see the person.
Once you have the person clearly in your minds eye you will notice a ball of green light above them but this time its shining down on the person watch as the green ray flows covering the person slightly from view.
Keep this picture strong in your minds eye until the green ray fades.
Look closely and you will see the person smiling your work is done at this point.
Slowly remember where you are.
Take your time and don't rush.
Make sure once you are back where you belong to drink your glass of water.
