This is the very first meditation i ever wrote. It came to me as a dream and i felt so relaxed in this that i wrote it as a meditation its about 5 or 6 years old. Please enjoy it
Field meditation
Please wear comfortable clothes and have a drink of water handy for when the meditation is finished.
Ground and protect in your Normal way.
Take your time relaxing and concentrating upon your breathing, slow your breathing down to comfortable slow deep breaths, and relax till your body feels heavy and relaxed.
You’re stood in a large field.
The sun is warm with a slight breeze,
Down the one end of this field there is a river,
This field holds long grass with lots of wild plants of all different colours scattered around.
Take your time to look and smell the wild flowers, take in their appearance, from the colour to the smell.
Slowly look around do you see any wild life?
There may be birds, insects, rabbit’s, foxes or even sheep.
Take in what the wild life are doing with in this field.
Slowly walk down towards the river, still looking around you taking in as much as you can.
Once you’re by the river you notice how the river is the same colour as the sky and how beautiful and clean it must be as you are able to see fish swimming in it.
Sit and take your shoes off and dip your feet in this water.
It’s not cold it’s just warm and you feel its flowing fast.
Take your time to relax here for a while.
Once you’re ready remove your feet from the water, and start walking in the direction the river is flowing along the bank.
Here you shall meet some one, It could be a loved one, may be even a friend that has passed over to spirit, or even your spirit guide.
Take your time with who ever is there, talk to them, you may even receive a gift.
Once you’re ready start to walk back the way you came,
Along side the river bank,
Back up the field,
To the spot where you started.
Here you find a bunch of flower’s in fact they are the wild flower’s that you smelled along the way.
These are a gift from spirit and me for taking this journey.
Start to remember where you were before you stated the meditation,

Drink your water.
Write your notes on your journey.
