1.Smile: Smiles are contagious, they actually improve your mood. People will see you smile as friendly and generosity. Which could turn your whole day around. 2.Dress the Part: Now you don't have to dress like a movie star everyday. LOL but dress to suite your surroundings always. You will be happy to know the effects of this is you will get better respect from others. And you will feel more empowered. Superficial or not, the effect is real energy for your heart and soul. 3.Say something nice to another person: Being kind and generous, and genuine effect for others. This Boost the positive energy within you too. 4.Morning Gratitude for yourself: Make sure every morning to thankful for what you have. Exsample's : Relationship, Home, Food, Family, and whatever else makes you feel happy to be alive. 5.Make negative thoughts count: Makes sure the time you spend thinking unhappy thoughts is productive., planning a solution and developing serenity, or learning a valuable lesson from negative thoughts: like they drain you and it is not worth the energy or time.
