Sitting in meditation after having performed the banishing rituals of the pentagram and hexagram, with some fiery or Venusian incense burning on the charcoal, imagine yourself floating in the darkness. Let your breathing be deep, slow and stready. Let yourself relax as much as possible.
Let yourself float gently downward, after a short while imagining a light far below you. As you sink further and further towards the light, let it expand into a floor tiled with jade and copper. As your feet touch the floor, feel the coolness of the tiles on your soles. Let the Temple of Netzach form around you.
Temple of Netzach
The walls of the Venusian temple are of deep green crystal. Light pink and peach roses adorn the walls on natural shelves formed by the uneven crystal. The floor is of jade and copper tiles, and the pillars, like those of the temple of Hod, are of fire and cloud. The cileing is draped in amber silks.
The altar in the center is of dark jade, and on it is an oyster shell which opens out to reveal a living flame. The shell with the flame is surrounded by roses of all colors, giving off a fragrent scent of love and beauty.
Five doors painted bright red are set into the crystal walls, each bears a Hebrew letter etched upon it in green. The door before you in the East bears the letter Kaph, in the NorthEast it is Nun, in the North Peh, in the NorthWest Tzaddi and in the West Qoph.
Let yourself just sit in the temple for a short while, absorbing the Venusian energy. Mentally chant YHVH TZABAOTH a few times.
Once you are comfortable with the temple and have meditated within it several times, and after the image of the temple comes naturally and easily, you may begin the following exercises. Do only one of the following per meditation. You may wish to do a different exercise every time, or to work with each one for a specified period of time as appropriate.
Visualize, above the altar, the images (in succession) of a dove, a rose and a lamp. After you have spent considerable time on each of these symbols, imaging the form of Aphrodite herself above the altar. Mentally chant her Name, endeavoring to make a connection with her essence, which is of pure love and beauty.
Call forth Hanael, in her role as the Archangel of Netzach, to the temple. Mentally intone the Archangel’s name numerous times. Hanael appears dressed in green robes with red trim, the image of a white dove flying downwards with an olive branch in its mouth is born on the chest of her robe. Her hair is the color of amber wine, her face full of love and beauty. She has pale pinkish-peach colored wings which extend behind her.
Call forth the Elohim, or the Gods, the Choir of Angels which are associated with Netzach. The Elohim appear as morpheus forms of much grace and beauty. Their presence inspires great emotion, love, and devotion.
If you choose to call forth Hanael or the Elohim, ask them questions about their own natures, the nature of the Venusian sphere and/or Netzach, and ask for personal advice regarding your own spiritual development. After you’re finished communing with them, thank them and bid them to depart to their habitations in peace, with the blessings of YHVH TZABAOTH.
Spend a little more time meditating in the Temple of Netzach, then let the temple fade around you. Bring yourself back to your physical body and record what you’ve experienced, then again perform the banishing rituals of the hexagram and pentagram.
