Sacred Space

Your sacred space is the space which is most personal to you. It could be your home, the special place in your mind from where you do spiritual work, it could be the place where you go to relax, to revitalise, to revive and to breathe. one of my sacred special places is a crystal cave where the energies are so beautifully uplifting that it cleanses and uplifts the vibrations of the atmosphere in my room.

Various methods of cleansing your personal space and auric fields include smudging, angelic healing, spiritual healing, candle magic, (uplifting of vibrations to will or direct positive energy across via using a candle), reikei cleansing, colour healing, white light healing and simply by visualisation. All of these methods tap into the source of the ENERGY That is universal and intentionally directs the positive energies to where they belong.


Smudging

You will need :

1 stick of incense of your favourite choice or that you are drawn to.
1 box of matches or a lighter - do be careful when lighting and don’t leave it unattended as you would with any candle.

You will need to think out your intention clearly. Don’t doubt that it isn’t happening just trust that it is happening and that your positive intention is being heard.
Light the incense. State while lighting the incense: I, (enter your name) Would like for healing energies to be sent from the source to my personal space so that they can cleanse and purify any negativity or old ill will, anything that should not be in my space, old feelings, emotions, doubts, anything that should not be there to leave my personal space so that it can be cleansed and deeply cleansed, Please could I ask for extra protection from the universe so as to protect my space from any negativity that is sent my way. I ask for all healing and love to be sent out to those that would harbour grudges or ill will towards me, I forgive myself if I have unintentionally or intentionally hurt others and I forgive others for their actions towards me. Thank you, God bless’,
