You can do this via meditation or just say this out loud or by thought and trust that the archangels will hear you. Do not let ego get the better of you when working with the archangels, trust, be polite and be respectful. This is best done when relaxed!
'I ask that AA Michael to step forward and cut the cords/emotional and psychic ties between me and what no longer serves me anymore purpose. AA Michael, if you could step forward and start with the crown chakra, cutting any ties or cords that no longer serve me anymore purpose, Then AA Raphael if you could step forward please and help me send healing along to cords so that others may freely move forward in their lives. When you are finished with the crown chakra please move down and focus on the third eye chakra severing all cords, emotional ties and psychic ties so that no more negativity may influence me or my life. Thank you. AA Raphael if you’re there may I ask that you step forward to help direct healing along the cords... And the same with the throat chakra, may I also ask for any blockages to be healed, any cords to be cut, emotional ties and psychic ties to be removed, and anything that does not serve me anymore purpose. AA Raphael may I ask for healing to be sent to directed along the cords. And when you’re finished with this throat chakra may I ask you to move down to the heart chakra, to cut any old energies or situations and cords that no longer serve me, may I ask AA Raphael to direct healing along the cords too. Thank you. And the same with the solar plexus chakra, the sacral chakra and lastly the root chakra.
