In the Arthurian legend, Avalon is the main country in which the knights waited in the castle. Avalon is a peaceful kingdom, in which Morgana Le Fey is the main rival. The main symbol of Avalon is the golden apple which means truth and reaping the rewards which are sown. 
Avalon trees are considered to be the most sacred. You can connect to Avalon through meditation if you so wish or buy the Arthurian tarot. It is said that when Morgan Le Fey arrived in Avalon that many of the faeries knew what she was here to do. Over the years, faeries in general pay no attention to the rumours, as they know where Avalon is.

The Ash Tree: In faerie lore the ash tree is significant for one sole purpose. It is a tree of intuition, truth and magical properties. The tree itself presents itself to the faerie world as a kindred spirit, it has a feminine energy and although it tries to balance its masculine energies, the tree is significant as druids use it in rituals and ceremonies. Faeries honor this tree as its one of the only trees which welcomes spiritual change and sticks to its true mission. The ash tree’s flowers can be found in springtime as the ash tree is often found situated within the depths of a forest. The druid forest contains magic and the ash tree is able to embrace the truth. Its magical properties consist of healing, visions; remedies and helping people find their own inner truth. Sit beside an Ash tree if you wish to achieve your goal and gain clarity on the problem that you seek.

The Silver Birch:

The silver birch tree is notorious for its colors in both springtime and autumn. It is a very spiritual tree notable for its own wisdom. The silver birch tree is very infamous in faerie lore and consists of several properties in which spiritual wisdom, faerie folklore; magic and spiritual guidance can be given. Certain precedence can be revealed if you sit beneath a silver birch tree. Faeries honor this tree for many reasons but most of the reasons are only known to faerie folk. There are a few that are known to humans. These include spiritual knowledge and the teachings of silver birch. The tree itself is a very intuitive tree and is often well-spoken.

The Holly Tree: The Holly Tree is one of the prickliest trees of all. The Holly Tree man is a good protector to have in the garden. At summer solace there is a ceremony in which the oak tree and the elderberry tree travel into the realms of the Holly Tree. Faeries honour this tree because the holly tree has the protective energy within the garden. The Holly tree also keeps out the negative fey as well as raises the garden’s vibrations. During the ceremony which takes place at the end of the month June, the Holly tree takes his place amongst the elders who welcome him with open arms. Faeries honour this tree also because it is the notorious Celtic tree to be used in rituals. The Holly tree is a very good tree to ground against as it has balancing energies.

The Juniper Berry Tree: The Juniper Berry tree stands within the threshold of the forest and its scent can be found among the flowers of the forest. Faeries honour this tree because of its healing properties and its magical properties. Magical properties consist of aiding visions, aiding dreams, astral travel, telepathy and psychic abilities. Faeries honour this sacred tree as it is part of their symbolisms. The juniper berry tree is seen as an elder, it is one of the members of the forest that has been around a long time.

The Hawthorne Tree:
The Elder trees consist of the hawthorn tree, the rowan tree, the silver birch tree, the holly tree and the oak tree. Eligible for being one of the most sacred trees that faeries honour, the hawthorn tree is notorious for guidance from the elder trees. Its spirit is often seen at Summer Solace, spring (Equinox) and Midsummer ceremonies. The Hawthorn tree is a tree of peace, sacred destiny, spiritual truth, it is a tree that many people are drawn to, especially druids. The Hawthorn tree is a symbol of rebirth and transformation. IF you meet a Hawthorn tree in meditation, it is likely that you will see faeries dancing around it, listen to what it has to say as the tree’s message will be important. Respect it by taking its fruit from the floor, instead of the branch. Hawthorn berries are well known for remedies, aiding in healing with plants, vision quests and spiritual intuition. Place one of the berries into a bowl, fill it with water and place it outside. Faeries love to dance in bird baths, so fill a bird bath with water and place it in your garden for the faeries to enjoy. The Hawthorn tree is more energised and he is wise, he is rare to come across as well as a protective energy to have within the garden. He is a quiet energy and often can be seen via clairvoyance around springtime.

The Chestnut Tree

The chestnut tree is one of many, it is one of the main guardian energies in the garden and around springtime or may time has many powers to be had and many communications with the outside world. The chestnut tree is a peaceful kind of energy, one that likes to bask in the midday sun. The chestnut tree is also a sacred faerie tree, faeries enjoy prancing around on the branches, singing soloistic pieces of music, being mischievous and bantering. Around Winter Solstice is a time for all of celebrations of the coming Autumnal year. Fall energies commemorate the powerful form of rebirth, the new transition from this era to the next. The chestnut tree has many healing properties and magical properties too ranging from working with grounding with the witches, sending out peaceful healing energies out to all. The Chestnut tree is a very aware kind of tree, its a good tree for keeping in your gardens. It can activate and uplift the peaceful energies that nature has to offer. Tree energies are a good medium to communicate with, ogham sticks can be handmade and are a form of divination. Please ask the tree first before you take from its branch, the tree would be happy to offer its services. Horse Chestnuts have been around for centuries since Henry VII-VIII’s time, horse chestnuts have a lot to offer, so if you ask them for a new venture, we’d be happy to oblige with a journey into the heart of a tree. A horse chestnut tree is connected to the tree of life, a dryad can communicate without the shell of its home, although it can visit places, the guardian energy is still tied back to the tree. If you want to communicate further with trees, please sit beside one one day and just ask it to connect with your energies, England has a lot of horse chestnut trees but a lot of horse chestnut trees as making the transition home. I love trees and have a strong connection with them ... i have been attuned to their healing energies and love all i am learning about Celtic Reiki .... I hear them , i feel them and i allow to be healed by them and i give bk to them ... I loved to sit under the Oak tree in my Grans garden as a child ... i would talk to the Oak man and still do xxx My Celtic tree is the Hazle ...

Awwww awesome Amber, I connect to them quite well have been grounding with the oak tree recently, I love the dryads too as well (tree spirits) they are beautiful to work with and pass on messages from, wish they would connect more often. Oh wow. Celtic Reiki, sounds awesome. I am drawn to celtic jewellery especially the knotwork Love anything Celtic myself, so that sounds amazing. tree are so peaceful I find, this information was given to me a while back, the chestnut tree only recently came to step forward to pass it on as a communication message, I felt him in my home lol had to double check because I was so sure of someone being there then was told it was a tree spirit Do you or rather, have you ever worked with ogham sticks?

Hi Passionflower ... no i never worked with ogham sticks ... i love the idea though ... to be honest i had never heared of them ..but i am familiar with the Ogham Alphabet.... And this is a fantastic idea ((( hugs ))) , thank you so much ... im gonna make some of these Ogham Sticks to work with .... will let you know how i get on with them xxx

Awwwww awesome, Just thought to bring that up to your attention really, they're usually made out of wood but if you ask the tree that you specifically want to make them out of I'm sure the tree will oblige you with the tools to make them. I'm sure you know like I do to pick them up from the floor of the tree rather than the branches. I once asked oak if she could help and found oak leaves in my garden, we didn't know where they came from because there is no oak trees in our garden lol but that was an interesting fact to be sure. Anyway happy to have suggested the idea
